CCPA Privacy Notice for California Residents

Effective Date: July 2, 2026

Gaussian Wellworks, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides this CCPA Privacy Notice to describe certain rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020) (“CCPA”) that California residents may have with respect to their personal information. This notice supplements the information in our Privacy Policy and applies to individuals who are California residents at the time we collect their personal information.

Capitalized terms used but not defined in this CCPA Privacy Notice have the meanings given to them in our Privacy Policy.

1. Your Rights Under the CCPA

If you are a California resident, you may have the following rights with respect to your personal information:

  • Right to Know/Access: You can request that we disclose certain information about our collection, use, disclosure, and sale or sharing of your personal information over the past 12 months, including:
    • The categories of personal information we collected about you;
    • The categories of sources from which we collected the personal information;
    • The business or commercial purpose for collecting, using, or disclosing the personal information;
    • The categories of third parties with whom we shared the personal information; and
    • The specific pieces of personal information we collected about you.
  • Right to Delete: You can request that we delete your personal information that we maintain about you, subject to certain exceptions.
  • Right to Correct: You can request that we correct the inaccurate personal information that we maintain about you, taking into account the nature of the personal information and the purposes of the processing of your personal information.
  • Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing of Personal Information: You can request that we not sell or share your personal information (as “sell” and “share” are defined under the CCPA).
  • Right to Limit Use and Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information: You can direct us to limit our use of your sensitive personal information to specific purposes permitted under the CCPA. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would trigger this right.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. Unless permitted by the CCPA, we will not:
    • Deny you goods or services;
    • Charge you different prices or rates for goods or services, including through granting discounts or other benefits, or imposing penalties;
    • Provide you a different level or quality of goods or services; or
    • Suggest that you may receive a different level or quality of goods or services.

2. How to Exercise Your Rights

To exercise any of the rights described above, please submit a verifiable consumer request to us by:

Your request must:

  • Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information (e.g., your name, email, or other identifying information we may hold); and
  • Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.

We will only use personal information submitted in a verifiable consumer request to verify the consumer’s identity or authority to make the request.

You may also use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. When submitting the request, please provide us with written proof that the authorized agent has been validly designated by you to act on your behalf.

3. Response Timing and Appeals

We will acknowledge receipt of your verifiable consumer request within ten (10) days and will respond within forty-five (45) days, or within a period of up to ninety (90) days when reasonably necessary for security or operational reasons, or to comply with law. If we need more than forty-five (45) days to respond to your request, we will inform you in writing within the initial forty-five (45)-day period.

If you have concerns about our response to your request, you have the right to raise a concern or appeal our decision to you by contacting us at the email or mailing address above. We will respond to your appeal within forty-five (45) days.

4. Personal Information We Collect, Use, and Disclose

For details on the categories of personal information we have collected in the past 12 months, please refer to Section “The Personal Data That We Collect or Process” of our Privacy Policy.

In the past 12 months, we have disclosed each of the categories of personal information about California residents collected through our Services for a business purpose to the categories of third parties described in Section “Who We Disclose Your Information To” of our Privacy Policy. We disclose personal information to our affiliates and service providers as necessary to provide, maintain, and improve our Services, and for other permitted purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

In the past 12 months, we have not sold personal information about California residents. However, we have shared personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (which may be considered “sharing” under the CCPA) with advertising and analytics providers.

5. Opt-Out Preference Signals

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals sent by browsers or other mechanisms as valid opt-out requests for the sale or sharing of personal information. If you use a browser or other tool that sends a GPC signal, we will treat it as a request to opt out of sale or sharing.

6. Changes to This CCPA Privacy Notice

We may change or update this CCPA Privacy Notice from time to time. When we do, we will inform you by updating the “Effective Date” at the top of this page.
